Strelitzia reginae (Bird of Paradise)
From 144.00 incl. VAT
Hardiness level Red
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Photos represent the plants at their different stages. Your plant may arrive with new/loose roots, having been recently pruned or cut to enhance it's growth.
Slow growing exotic that does well in a pot indoors. Just as well as it's the only place it'll survive in Britain. Banana leaves and insane flower spikes. This is not hardy and cannot be planted or kept outside in this country, sorry. In the growing season water freely and feed once a month with a balanced liquid fertiliser. Top dress every year and ideally repot every second year. Water it sparingly in the winter months and make sure it is ventilated. No need to prune just sit back and enjoy those flowers....
