Welcome to the green room
Our obsession with designing spaces doesn’t stop with your garden. The new Green Room at our nursery here in Pulborough has been designed to display a carefully curated home & lifestyle collection.
There are personal stories behind each item; someone we know, a maker we love or just a solid brand that fits well and feels right. You’ll find Sussex handmade crepe flowers, a range of sculpture and ceramics, fragrances, soft furnishings, stationary and cards. It’s ever evolving and sits well with our horticultural tools, accessories and Japanese ladders.
It felt like the right time to expand our range. Enriching interior living spaces with exceptional and unique design is something I’ve become fanatical about in recent years. The Green Room is a space to share our discoveries and provide you with inspiration. I hope it will also be a memorable experience: themed with cinema posters, screening lightboxes and theatre curtains – to mention but a few of the unique additional architectural furnishings. The inspiration for this came from our customers. Many of whom say that the drama we bring to their new garden design with our plants also extends to the work of our planting team. Watching them transform a garden is similar to a well-choreographed cinematic performance.
So, do come and browse when you visit us or peruse our collection online if it suits your diary better.
It’s a warm and inviting environment as much as it is tempting. A number of our seasonal courses are held here and you can also book the room for bespoke events, too. The team & I look forward to seeing you – Guy.

Do you deliver to all areas of the UK?

Do you deliver overseas?

What are your delivery charges?
£1.20 gift vouchers, £4.95 standard delivery for small orders, £9.95 express and bladed orders, £19.95 for Medium orders, £49.95 – £999.95 for large deliveries dependant on postcode.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Small to Medium orders are 24-48 hour deliveries. Bladed items or plants purchased on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday for swift delivery. Large orders can be up to 2 weeks.
Do you offer a special delivery service?
If you have special requirements please call us on 01798 879213 to discuss.
Can I track my order?
Upon request we can give you the tracking number for your order. Bladed orders sent with Fedex, we ensure you get notifications from them to know when the parcel is coming as an adult will need to be present to sign for the parcel.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Send a photo to orders@architecturalplants.com immediately or call us on 01798 879213.
What should I do if I change my mind?
Give us a call on 01798 879213 or email orders@architecturalplants.com to discuss. If we have not sent the parcel we can simply refund you or exchange the items. If the parcel has been sent out, we will need the items returned before a refund is issued.
Do you offer gift-wrapping service?
Yes, please put in the notes of your order if it is a present and would like a note put in and we can gift wrap for you. Alternatively you can call us on 01798 879213 or email orders@architecturalplants.com to discuss.
What is your returns and refund policy?
You have 14 days from purchase to return your order. As long as the items are in good sellable condition, we will refund you for the order. If you have changed your mind since receiving the items, we will need them returned to us at our trading address at the cost of the customer unless agreed with our sales team. Alternatively you can bring the items to the nursery for an exchange or refund. Please remember to bring with you your order confirmation email and a form of ID. The items being returned to us are the responsibility of the customer and should be looked after until received. If your returned goods have been used, even only slightly, Architectural Plants Ltd reserves the right to make only a partial refund, at our discretion.
How can I be sure my plant will arrive in good condition?
We have carefully designed our packaging for medium orders, we take the best care to ensure they travel safely to you. Medium plant orders are sent on a 24 hour service so they will get to you as quick as possible. Our larger deliveries are personally delivered by our delivery drivers, carefully checked and loaded onto our vans and brought straight to your home. These deliveries are curb-side only so will be left at the front of your home and it is your responsibility to move from then on. We do offer a planting service which is a separate service and should be discussed before delivery is made.
