What are your delivery charges?
£1.20 gift vouchers, £4.95 standard delivery for small orders, £9.95 express and bladed orders, £19.95 for Medium orders, £49.95 – £999.95 for large deliveries dependant on postcode.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Small to Medium orders are 24-48 hour deliveries. Bladed items or plants purchased on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday for swift delivery. Large orders can be up to 2 weeks.
Do you offer a special delivery service?
If you have special requirements please call us on 01798 879213 to discuss.
Can I track my order?
Upon request we can give you the tracking number for your order. Bladed orders sent with Fedex, we ensure you get notifications from them to know when the parcel is coming as an adult will need to be present to sign for the parcel.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Send a photo to orders@architecturalplants.com immediately or call us on 01798 879213.
What should I do if I change my mind?
Give us a call on 01798 879213 or email orders@architecturalplants.com to discuss. If we have not sent the parcel we can simply refund you or exchange the items. If the parcel has been sent out, we will need the items returned before a refund is issued.
Do you offer gift-wrapping service?
Yes, please put in the notes of your order if it is a present and would like a note put in and we can gift wrap for you. Alternatively you can call us on 01798 879213 or email orders@architecturalplants.com to discuss.
What is your returns and refund policy?
You have 14 days from purchase to return your order. As long as the items are in good sellable condition, we will refund you for the order. If you have changed your mind since receiving the items, we will need them returned to us at our trading address at the cost of the customer unless agreed with our sales team. Alternatively you can bring the items to the nursery for an exchange or refund. Please remember to bring with you your order confirmation email and a form of ID. The items being returned to us are the responsibility of the customer and should be looked after until received. If your returned goods have been used, even only slightly, Architectural Plants Ltd reserves the right to make only a partial refund, at our discretion.
How can I be sure my plant will arrive in good condition?
We have carefully designed our packaging for medium orders, we take the best care to ensure they travel safely to you. Medium plant orders are sent on a 24 hour service so they will get to you as quick as possible. Our larger deliveries are personally delivered by our delivery drivers, carefully checked and loaded onto our vans and brought straight to your home. These deliveries are curb-side only so will be left at the front of your home and it is your responsibility to move from then on. We do offer a planting service which is a separate service and should be discussed before delivery is made.
