Hydrangea arborescens ‘Strong Annabelle’ (Smooth hydrangea)
£42.50
A bushy deciduous shrub to about 1.5m with soft green, oval leaves. This is a selected form bred with particularly strong stems needed to support the huge, 30cm diameter, spherical white flower heads. Stunning as massed planting or as a hedge.
A plant for a sunny position with some shelter both from wind and the blazing afternoon sun. Happy in most soils that are moist but well drained. Prune to two buds in spring for flowering on new growth. Produced by cuttings.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Photos represent the plants at their different stages. Your plant may arrive with new/loose roots, having been recently pruned or cut to enhance it's growth.
