If you're familiar with Trachycarpus fortunei then you're familiar with this. To be honest, after hours of research it seems to only have only two distinguishing features :
- It's fantastically frost hardy and 2. It's fantastically obscure and therfore provides considerable horticultural one-up manship.
It'll grow anywhere in anything but best in some shade and out of the wind. Produced by seed from the Hindu Kush.
