Pinus strobus ‘Blue Shag’ (Weymouth Pine)
£127.50 incl. VAT
A dense, rounded, evergreen dwarf pine that can grow to 1.5m over 10 or 20 years.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Photos represent the plants at their different stages. Your plant may arrive with new/loose roots, having been recently pruned or cut to enhance it's growth.
The five-needled clusters are a dark green. It is salt tolerant so is ideal for coastal planting.
Happy in full sun on any well drained soil except chalk. Unlikely to need pruning, but if it does, then as with all pines, prune late winter when the plant is still dormant. Propagated by seed or cuttings.
