A miniature, miniature pine tree whose name translates as ‘Angel’s Cloak’. This charming form of the Japanese White pine is a mature tree at no more than 40cms in height and 50cms across. It grows at a rate of roughly 1cm annually and carries dense clusters of short blue-grey needles, gently developing over time into a blobby little bush-shaped tree. Perfect for the smaller garden, raised beds, rockeries, pots or troughs. It could also be gorgeous if pruned as a bonsai.
A plant lovers dream… It is an absolutely wonderful treasure trove for any plant lover and we will be back (frequently!) The plants are all in superb condition, with an enormous variety to choose from. The staff are very professional and knowledgable, but also friendly and helpful.
