Venturing Online
We don’t mind admitting that we have launched our online shop with a certain amount of trepidation. In the past, plans to provide our customers with an online mail order service have been hindered by all sorts of questions – not least, how to overcome the often unsociable nature of e-shopping or indeed how to send you our plants (living things) so that they arrive in perfect condition. However, we now believe we’ve developed a system that will allow you to hunt for all our available products and provide you with sensible categories for their safe delivery. The plants, (and the pots to put them in), whilst not immediately available, are not far behind in our master plan.

You can now get hold of our gift vouchers, a wide selection of pots, and all the tools, ladders, lifestyle accessories, selected irrigation and other kit items you might possibly want. How they will arrive is explained below.

An absolutely essential part of our service involves talking with you about your choices and helping you make the best decision. We are insistent about this. If you are unsure at any point during your online adventure please pause for further thought, and contact us for advice and guidance. Our sales team are adamant that you should.
If you are unsure about your order you can save you items as a wish list and send it to our team. We’ll contact you within 48 hours to help you with the choices you’ve made and discuss the most suitable delivery option. Please note that this does not reserve the selected products.
Delivery and Shipping Explained
it is our mission to make sure that the products you order from our online shop arrive at your front door in perfect condition. Currently, there are three different ways for you to get your hands on our available products.
Royal Mail
Tools, Selected Irrigation, Lifestyle Accessories & Other Kit
When you buy any of our tools, selected irrigation components, lifestyle accessories or other kit online, we will hand select your chosen items, check that they are perfect, then package them safely and send them by Royal Mail straight to your door.
Delivery By Us
Niwaki Ladders & Other Large Items
If you order any of our larger items, or one of our Niwaki ladders, or make an order for other items which also includes our Niwaki ladders, these items will be delivered by us in our Architectural Plants Lorry or Luton Van to your curb side. At times we may need to use a reputable 3rd party courier service and would inform you if this was the case. We pride ourselves on our level of care with all orders, safely loaded and delivered on time to you. Once your order is completed and received, our sales team will be in contact to confirm a suitable delivery date. 24 hours before your delivery, we will call to confirm your delivery time slot. In the near future this will also cover any orders including selected irrigation, all pots and selected plants.
Collect From Our Nursery
Anything From Our Online Shop
Should you prefer, you can always come to our nursery to collect the items you have bought. 24 hours after completing your order we’ll have it ready for you and we’ll also help you load – we’re experts at this.
You will see a calendar on your order confirmation page and confirmation email where you can select a suitable date for collection, Monday to Saturday. Time slots for these dates are fixed between 9am to 10am or 3pm to 4pm. Orders will be kept on hold for a period of 2 weeks. If you cannot collect within this time please call us: 01798 879213.
