A very, very slow growing conifer that could get to 4m, but it will generally only manage 70cms after 10 years. The needles are silvery-blue and are held in bundles of five. When young it is rounded in shape, gradually becoming more pyramidal.

Plant in full sun on well drained loamy and sandy soils (not alkaline or chalky) and away from cold drying winds. Produced by cuttings.
