Plant, Pot and Item Hire Terms and Conditions

Hirer – Architectural Plants Ltd

Hiree – The customer

The hiree understands that:

• Full payment for the items hired is required prior to release.
• All items will be inspected prior to loading. Any issues will be communicated to the hiree.
• Any issues with any item found by the hiree need to be communicated to the hirer with supporting photographic evidence upon receipt.
• Whilst the items are in the hiree’s care, plant maintenance such as watering will be required. Care must also be taken when transporting, moving, and placing any items that have been hired. Deliveries left at the premises unattended are left at the hiree’s risk.
• The hiree shall not attempt to repair, modify, or replace any damaged hired goods without the prior written consent of the hirer, and shall be liable for any costs incurred in repairing or replacing damaged items.
• Upon the items returning to the hirer, authorised staff will count and inspect the items and we will communicate, with supporting photographic evidence, any issues found and considered to breach the terms and agreement of hire to the hiree. Drivers collecting goods are not authorised to check goods.
• If there are any damages to the items hired, including a decline in the health of any plants hired, the hiree will be financially responsible for the full retail cost of the item damaged.
