Winter Sale 2026 – Additional Terms and Conditions

These Winter Sale Terms and Conditions are valid from 26th December 2025 to 14th February 2026 and apply in addition to our usual Terms and Conditions

1. Payment: All plants and products purchased as part of our Winter Sale must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
2. Collection, Planting or Delivery Deadline: All sale items must be collected, planted or delivered within 3 weeks of purchase.
3. Exclusions: The following items are excluded from our Winter Sale:
   • The full Torc pot range
   • Compost, stakes, irrigation and sundries
   • Courses, workshops, events and vouchers
   • Design consultation charge
   • Delivery charge
   • Planting and material charges
   • Creative Maintenance charges
   • Sculpture
4. Sale prices ONLY apply to plants on the nursery: Any plants that come into the nursery after 1st January 2026 will not be included in the Sale.
5. Single Offer Use: Only one discount offer or code may be applied per purchase.
6. Sale End Date: The Winter Sale ends strictly at 5pm on Saturday 14 February 2026.
7. Returns: All online returns follow our standard terms & conditions. Information on this can be found here : 13.8 Cancellations & Returns Policy
