A hardy, evergreen and dwarf conifer that develops a rounded pyramidal shape, growing at only a few centimeters annually to reach 80 x 50cm over a decade. The twisted sprays of green and golden foliage darken over the winter.

Hardy and easy, almost never requiring pruning. Water until established. Plant in sun to light shade in moist but well drained, neutral to acid soils. Propagated by cuttings.
