Acer palmatum ‘Burgundy Lace’
£1,295.00 incl. VAT
The foliage on 'Burgandy Lace' certainly lives up to its name with seven lobed leaves emerging a light purple in the spring darkening over the summer, before it goes out in a blaze of fiery autumnal glory. It is slow growing and can take 50 years to reach 4m x 4m.
Best grown with their feet in the shade and head in the sun in well drained, moist, neutralk to acid soil, protected from cold and drying winds. Prune lightly for health but never when the sap is rising in the spring. Produced by cuttings / grafted.
