Royal Mail
All small orders of tools, selected irrigation, lifestyle accessories and other kit are shipped 1st class with Royal Mail straight to your door.
Delivery by Us
Orders of ladders, pots and selected irrigation will be delivered by us or by our haulier for a set milage cost. Orders will be dispatched this way if you cannot come and collect from our nursery. Enter your postcode to calculate your delivery charge. To find out more detail click here.
Collection from Our Nursery
After 24 hours of completing your order it will be ready for collection. You will see a calendar on your order confirmation page and confirmation email, where you can select a suitable date for collection: between 9am-10am or 3pm to 4pm. Orders will be kept on hold for a period of 2 weeks. If you cannot collect within this time please call us: 01798 879213.

We feel strongly about supporting all customers throughout their online journey, should you feel unsure at any point then opt in for our consultation service at checkout.
