Architectural Plants is now home to a selection of garden antiques hand-picked by Spencer and Freya Swaffer at Spencer Swaffer Antiques. They have selected pieces which best complement our unique nursery including Italian statues, French garden tables and seating designed by British architect, Sir Edwin Lutyens.
Spencer Swaffer has been dealing antiques in Arundel for 40 years. His business today is one of the most celebrated in the world of decorative antiques and is an almost compulsory port of call for hundreds of top dealers and decorators. If you've never been, do pay a visit to Spencer's shop. As well as a stunning collection of antiques, you'll find some rather nice trees in the back garden available to purchase supplied by AP.
We will be celebrating this collaboration (as well as our collaboration with MORSØ and the launch of our new cafe) on our annual Fish & Chips Day on Saturday 28th January. A free fish supper for all and discounts across our range of plants and trees.
RSVP for Fish & Chips Day here.
MORSØ have been producing cast iron stoves out of their foundry in Denmark since 1853 and their products supplied to the Danish Royal Court since 1915.
Their designs are typical of the much sought after Scandinavian style - sleek, tactile, practical and organic. The MORSØ outdoor range is crafted from cast iron and is a luxurious addition to any back garden.
Choose from a range of pizza ovens, outdoor fireplaces and firepits now available at Architectural Plants and enjoy a cooking demonstration from MORSØ's team as part of our Fish & Chips Day on Saturday 28th January.
