T he main area of recruitment at the moment is in our Creative Maintenance Department - our area of greatest expansion. This is where we're out on site - planting, clipping and shaping - building gardens. Forget everything you've been told about that kind of work being all brawn and no brain. It needs both. Yes, you need lots of muscle but you also need creative flair, an insane attention to detail, a good eye and an obsession with tidiness and order.
